2016 represented the completion of year-three of our five-year strategic blueprint implementation. The blueprint was adopted by our Board of Trustees in 2014. As a collective, the SC Power Team system exceeded metrics for capital investment and job creation. We met 99 percent of our electric load capacity metric. While we continue to strive to achieve our goals for 2017 and 2018, it should be noted that our organization has already achieved its five-year metrics for capital investment and new job creation in the first three years.
